My ipod 5th generation wont turn on

Hello,

i was listening to my ipod then it just went from half battey to dead. i charged it but it wont turn on just the apple logo keeps on coming up.

i did the centre and menu button reset and it just reappears with the apple logo then nothing.

also my computer doesnt reconise it but will charge the ipod.

please help natalie

Hi thanks for the response but I have tried this a number of times but just the apple logo comes up & stays there nothing else happens.

Hi,

You need to hold down the Center button and the Menu button together for atleast 10 seconds, wait , it will come on. Make sure its unplugged.
