Each device connected to the router will receive its own INTERNAL IP address
EG:
PC1 - 192.168.0.1
PC2 - 192.168.0.2
PC3 - 192.168.0.3
Your EXTERNAL IP address comes from your Internet Service Provider.
As a standard home user you will receive ONE EXTERNAL IP address from a dynamic pool.
EG: 173.124.5.321
THIS WILL CHANGE WHEN ITS TTL IS UP.
you CANNOT give your PCs seperate external addresses as your router handles those.
Now, if you're talking about using Virtual LANs to create another IP range
EG:
PC1+2+3 on 192.168.0.X
PC4+5+6 on 192.168.1.X
then you're going to need a much better router then the one you have and that will cost a lot.
