WD Passport External Hard Drive Closed

Question

Hello, 

My computer will not recognize the size of my WD passport external 1 tetra byte hard drive. The WD formatting only recognizes 148 gb. How do I change the WD formatting to recognize the entire WD hard drive. It's already set for NTFS. Thanks in advance.  Jim

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.18
