WD Passport External Hard Drive

Hello,

My computer will not recognize the size of my WD passport external 1 tetra byte hard drive. The WD formatting only recognizes 148 gb. How do I change the WD formatting to recognize the entire WD hard drive. It's already set for NTFS. Thanks in advance. Jim

hello I'm in mexico with my wife and kids.
I was trying to up date my e-mail and resume but the programs said that it needs a password 26 number what the ---- is that so lost
