I cant down load ituness

Hello, sooo for the past 3 hours I've been trying to download itunes, and everytime i try, my PC tels me that my current security settings do not allow this file to download. I would love to know what to change my settings to. :) thank youuuu

Open Internet Explorer.-Tools-internet options

Click on the security tab.
Select the Internet Zone.
Click on the Custom Level Button and makes sure that

''medium-high is your default setting

If that looks ok go to settings listed on top

then scroll down to Download.
Make sure to enable File download.
Click Apply and Ok
