Toshiba won't turn on/load

Hello,
I have a toshiba satelitte m115 with windows xp and it won't load/turn on all the way. It get to the first loading screen with the logo and such on it and the little blue loading bar at the bottom will load about 2/3 of the way and then stop and not load anymore and will just stay at that screen. It is fully charged and I have tried to restart it but it keeps happening. If anyone could please help me it would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like your startup files are corrupt.
you need to get a windows xp disk and boot into recovery...
If you do not the disk im sure you can find some PIRATES at the BAY

Can you boot into safemode?

If yes try to do a system restore

When did this issue start?
