Internet connection problem

Hello,

hello everyone i have problem with my internet connection the IT Manager give me Connection for desktop computer and now i got laptop too but when i connecting to from desktop connection to laptop it's not working plz help that whether the IT Manager reserved for one computer or something is wrong.
plz help me

Hi,

Desktop may be assigned to either fixed ip address or allowed by MAc address you need to contact him for further information related to your issue,
