Connect to internet

Hello,

i have got dell inspiron. i am not able to connect internet through gprs connection using bluetooth.
connectivity is not possible as it opens the window that says "Windows need to install drivers for your bluetooth peripheral device" and in that it gives three options:

1. Locate and install driver(recommended)
2.Ask me later
3.don't ask this question again

After that it shows a windows which asks for the disk.

but bluetooth drivers are already installed,as i've got the laptop last year.

Please help me soon as soon as possible
