Hello,
Okay so I have a Sony Hdtv and my ps3 is plugged in thru an hdmi, this morning I turned my ps3 on and the screen is super small on the tv, how do switch it back to full or norma without stretching the picture, please help

Your TV remote should have a button for adjusting aspect ratio.
Usually you can switch betwee, Normal, Stretch, Full, Zoom...etc
