Not connected to internet

Hello,i m using nokia 2700c and bsnl prepaid2g sim. I have installed nokia pc suite.i used internet in nokia phone via configuiratian of bsnl live.i still not get connected internet via pc .i have data cable also .its works in pc data transfering .
