Passport not backing upClosed

Question

Hello, 

I did a firmware update on my Passport external drive, WDABAAA2500, and although the smartware is up and I'm looking at the backup tab, on the Home tab it now has two blank meters where it used to indicate how much was backing up. The Backup tab indicates "Ready to perform file backup" but on the bottom right, it says "Stop Backup", as if it's actually doing anything. But it's not.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 10.0
