Performance got decreased in windows 7 home Closed

Hello,  


I'm using window 7 Home Premium  

I accidentally off my power supply while my com is running, the next day i on it whenever i go to fb its hang and now it take me a long time to open Itune, Recycle Bin etc. Help pls. Sad~

Most often, slow performance is due to a lack in live memory (RAM) and Windows 7 premium takes a lot of memory just to start.

You must always delete your temporary files, temp internet files, prefetch files and cookies regularly. Also there are background unecessary applications that start at boot time.  They should be stopped.

What did you have before Win 7  What are your system's specifications?
