Stuck in Facebook Confirmation Identity

Hello,

I was trying to log in into my facebook account but this identity confirmation keeps on coming back. I did try to reset my password still nothing happened. At the end of the process it shows account has been restored but when I try to log in again, it's going back to the first step of identity confirmation. Can you help me with this please?

Have you tried to clean your cache, all tempory files as well as all of your temporary internet files ?
