No signal in the monitor

I'm having a problem getting my computer to work, the power supply died awhile back on it and i just got a new one, i plug it in and the fans start up and it does 2 very rapid beeps, but the monitors i try connecting to it keep saying no signal.
its a AMD ATI Radion. I tried so much, even replacing the ram and nothing seems to help.

I replaced the ram, unplugged and held down the power button, and even tried multiple monitors on it. and nothing. Please someone, I really need help.

Have you tried a differnt graphics card?
