Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, type mmsys.cpl and press Enter.
"Sound" options will be opened.
In playback tab --> Right-click and select the option "Show disabled devices".
If you notice the speaker icon, then right-click on it and select "Enable".
