Help me, I cannot access the internet..

Hello,

I use UNIFI but the network said that it's connected but I cannot access the internet.
I have tried many times at Mozilla, Opera, Google Chrome, Internet explorer butl it still cannot access it.

why this problem happen and how can i solve it ?

bro you should check your internet connection because your router only show you signals not internet connection so check your inter net is working.
