SOS internet connection problems

Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd and press Enter.
"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below commands.
ipconfig /release --> Press Enter
ipconfig /renew --> Press Enter.
If the problem still exists then shutdown your laptop and switch off your router for
a few minutes. First turn ON your router and then after a while turn ON your
laptop.
