Hello,
I have always been having such problems with Internet Explorer before. My solution has been to use Google Chrome. I no more have any problem since I am using Google Chrome. If you wish to have it installed on your computer, you may have it downloaded from the following link:
https://www.google.com/intl/fr/chrome/
