Reeboot from CD message comes out again

Hello,
I just format my laptop with windows 7 32 bit and it was ok during formatting process . than when i restart it after installing every driver and program , it shows me an error message like Reboot with CD and I can not open it anymore . Why is this problem happening ?? can anyone help me ??

If you receive the error message: "Disk boot failure. Insert system disk and press enter", please try use the Bootrec.exe tool in the Windows Recovery Environment to troubleshoot and repair startup issues in Windows. For steps on how to do this please check the below mentioned link:
