Hi AMIT shrivas,
The "TouchPad off indicator" is off under two conditions:
1. When the touchpad is enabled and,
2. When the TouchPad zone is active, the light is off.
To switch the TouchPad zone on and off, quickly double-tap the TouchPad off indicator. For more details you can refer to the Service Manual on page number 14. You can view/download the manual from the below mentioned link:
