Hi asrat1,
Please check the below mentioned link for steps on how to remove write protection from the Pen Drive:

If the key doesn't exist in registry, please create one.
Note: The fix in the above link requires Windows Registry editing. Always make a backup of the Windows Registry before you modify any settings. For steps on how to backup Windows Registry check this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/performance/windows-registry-advanced-users
