You need NOKIA PC SUITE to connect Nokia 3110c from Computer
then go to "connect to internet" option then configure your phone as modem and sim provider connection to connect and browser internet.
Please Send me some data like as :
-SIM PROVIDER NAME (Airtel,Vodafone....etc.)
-Cable type must be DKE-2 like as mp4 data cable.
to download nokia pc suite go to nokia.com (FREE TO DOWNLOAD) or mail me to recieve it.
Do all work n mail me... You should hv to be done
