Hello,
Try this 1
1) First make sure that your hard drive and the RAM are firmly connected.
2) Check the manufacture of your hard drive. Then go to your hard drive
manufacture's website and download the HDD testing tool. Perform the
SMART test on your hard drive and make sure that there is nothing wrong with
your hard drive.
OR
Let us know your hard drive manufacture's name.
