Try this 1
Make sure that "Headphones" is enabled in the "Playback".
Click on Start --> In search box, mmsys.cpl and press Enter.
"Sound" options will be opened. In "Playback" tab. If "Headphones" options is
missing then right-click on the white area and select the option "Show disabled
devices". Now select the "Headphones" and enable it.
