If you have internet access before in this location or your at home with your modem and router and nothing has changed. Reset your modem or router by unplugging the power connectors for 10 seconds and plug them back again, starting with the modem, then the router.

But I have my other devices connected with wifi and have internet access but my laptop can't connect... i can't easily unplug the router because its in the tree house and its locked.. our uncle is the one with the access to the tree house and for now he's not around... tnx for the reply though:-)
