Hi,
I have wireless connection in my office, and have installed External USB Wireless Adapter.
But, post installation, the wireless connection shows "Connected", but the wireless icon at the bottom bar has a yellow exclamation mark over it. And when I move the mouse over the icon, it says "No internet Access".
Strangely, laptops and mobiles get connected to the net, but not the desktop (Win 7).
There is no issue from the ISP side and have tried assigning IPs, etc and Obtaining the IP Address automatically also.
But, anyways, no luck.
Please suggest what could be missing !!!
Thanks

Good Morning,
In windows 7 you must set a network location. Set it to work, home, or public.
Go to control panel, network and internet, network and sharing center, click on the left hand icon of you pc, and set a netowrk location.
Have a go and post back please.

Hi ac3mark, the netword location is already set to home where the wireless connection appears as "CONNECTED".
Please revert.
