remove the ram ,switch on your pc if you hear no beep sounds its likely that the board is gone.Also remove the fan/ heat sink on top of the processor dont disconnect it from the board ,switch on the pc placing your fingers on top of the processor if you dont feel any heat by 3 sec the board is dead.

Have you tried connecting to another monitor. If you get a signal, then Bruce may be correct about the graphic card.
