can some1 please tell me what is a ips ,and if someone asks you what is your ips if you are using wifi what will you say

First of all, it is ISP. That is an acronym for:
INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

You ISP will Provide you the internet, and sometimes they charge you extra for a wifi router.

WIFI is not ISP.
