Internet is working fine and I check Microsoft Account status using https://account.live.com/ Its also fine. Internet is working fine still it says, "No Internet Connection".
I use Internet with USB-Dongle/Data Card and also I updated Windows 8.1 from Windows Update.

Pls suggest me.

Regards

GN Jha

I'd recommend you to re-run this update and Install Windows 8.1 back again from scratch. Some network files seems missing and you'll need to install Windows 8.1 again to get those files repaired/replaced.

Before doing that, go through the handy tutorials mentioned at the below URL and see if you may able to connect to your Microsoft account without any problem:

Once you've followed all the steps and still struggling to connect your PC to your computer, feel free to ask.
