my pc before iam using os windows 7 but recently iam formating my hard disc " C ' only and iam installing windows xp 32 bit.windows xp installed but when i open my other drives it showing message '' you need to format the disk in drive before you can use it do you want to format it ? " i have lots important files in D,E,F Drives. so please help me or mail me

Are these other "drives" really partitions sharing the one physical drive with "Drive C"?
I suspect the partition table was damaged during the Windows XP install. Perhaps you can use one of the 3rd party partition management programs to repair the partition table since XP is not able to perform this function. I suggest you Google "partition management" to find a list of such programs.
