Hello, my friend hp laptop is always asking to delete software shortcut from desktop each time i click. Even my computer that i click it asked if i want to delete. I have removed the keyboard, kept it overnight and i put it back no luck. Pls help.

Hello,

it sounds like your computer is infected with a virus.

Others will be along shortly to futher assist you but in the meantime can you please install malwarebytes from here and run a full scan after updating.

this happened immediately, i finished formatting the laptop.
