Authentication problem

I am using bsnl internet & wi fi router teracom t2-b gawl1.4v10y-b1 and my laptop and samsung mobile wifi network are working fine.If i connect any other mobiles it is not connecting and message is coming " AUTHENTICATION PROBLEM" Pl tell me the remedy.

Hello,

what type of security are you using on your WiFi?

Some older devices arent compatible with WPA2+ etc.

have you tried using WPA-TSK or WEP?
