So when I turn my computer on it gives me the option of "Launch Startup Repair (Recommended)" and "Start Windows Normally" but when I choose launch start up it starts load then turns to a black screen. When I choose start windows normally, it loads then the screen goes blank and then goes back to the two options in the beginning. Help? :(

You probably have a failed hard disk that has corrupted the OS (Windows). If you have a Windows recovery disk, or can download and burn one on another computer, you can boot from that disk and try a "repair". Otherwise, it's off the the local repair shop to install a new hard disk and Windows copy.

Good luck
