Cannot connect to the internet cuz of MB

Hello,
im having serious issues..i had a virus antivirus 360 so i installed malwarebytes anti-malware and it got rid of the virus so then i uninstalled it and thought everything would work fine now..but no now i cant connect to the internet and i cannot figure out how to connect, because it ays im connected but then when i go to firefox or internet explorer or itunes..it doesnt work it says page load error..as in im not connected PLEAS HELP ME i need the internet to do my work!

ONLY SUGGESTION IS CHECK OUT THE INTERNET SETTINGS AND CONFIRM THAT U HAV UNINSTALLED THE S/W PROPERLY WITHOUT ANY TRACES

when you say S/W im assuming your talking about malwarebytes anti-malware...i have uninstalled it..its definately no longer on my computer.

and i have tried checking the internet settings but still i cant connect.

if u r ready to do some experiments then try to uninstall norton 360 and connect to the web and after reinstall the 360 pro. if u r willing to this do it b'coz taking risk is the only way to learn. Right?
