Ok, so let me understand correclty: You wish to access the internet through a USB cable connected to your mobile, and use he CDMA mobile network for access?
So, did you pair the USB connection to a network? Does your pc know to use the USB as its network connection?

I understand. When you plug in the phone, does any software drivers get installed? If there is, then build a USB network bridge and administer it exaclty as you would a typical network connection.
