In Internet Explorer click on Tools then Internet Options, Advanced and finally click on Reset.
It looks like you got a virus that reset your poxy server. If you get your connection fixed I suggest you download Malwarebytes and scan for the program that is resetting your connection.

Above the proxyserver box, there should be a Detect Settings. Click on that. If you cannot, then you more than likely have a virus and need to scanned by another product. Let us know!
