Internet connection fine but none of my browsers work!!!! HELP

I have a Samsung all-in-one 700a3b windows 7 home premium. Computer was working absolutely fine until one day I could not browse the internet through ANY of my 3 web browsers! I have tried system restore, netsch,and winslock but no good!! I also can confirm that it is not my internet because I am able to use the wifi on my android phones and ps4. I need to fix this asap because school please help!!

Hello,

can you please go to Start > run > cmd > OK

type "ping www.google.com" and press ENTER

let me know the outcome.

Also, then try going to http://<ip address the ping results return> in your browser.

If at first you don't succeed; call it version 1.0
