Monitor shows "POWER SAVING MODE"

I shut down my PC yesterday night. Today morning when I started it, my monitor shows "POWER SAVING MODE" and its light turns yellow from blue. No signal in mouse and key board. There is a continuous beep sound. DVD drive also not getting any signal. Kindly help out, what may be the problem?

Hi

The long constant beep indicates a power supply or system board issue.

Only a qualified hands-on technician can see to this.
