Web pages won't load

My computer won't load pages for shopping. With the exception of amazon.com nothing else loads. Walmart, target, zulily, etc... won't load. I've reported it to Microsoft but of course nothing happens.

Help!!

What the hell does that mean? It's shopping. How do you exceed hours of shopping?
