Hello,
I can not open my WD passport on my laptop. It shows under the deveice manager that it is installed but it's not showing under MY Computer where I should be able to see it and open it to view the files.

Hi there,
Could you please check if your My Passport is visible in Disk Management? If it is, there may be some explanation why the drive is missing in My Computer. There could be some unallocated space. If the drive is not seen in Disk Management, please go to Device Manager, uninstall the device, restart the PC and plug the device back in.
