I have internet but every time I go to get on internet explorer or any browser it says website not certified or something about the certificate of website ? it works fine in safe mode but not in normal mode ? any help would be greatly appreciated !

I would go to the IE settings and change the security settings to "default" I would also check the date and time on your computer. If your computer has a date in the past you will have certificate errors.
