After reading through my post a few times I think I might of not added enough information to help anyone who might be able to assist me. I'm going to start at the top of my original post and work my way down trying to add in more detail.
When I mentioned my computer turning of the display randomly this has happened only a handful of times while it was still on and like I said the power would still be on and I know it can't be the graphics card over heating because I bought a brand new one and because that has happened before I would check the heat myself by hand but it was cold as ice. So this again leads me to think the motherboard was being overheated.
Also when I mentions my USB ports losing connecting what I mean is that in these past two months, while my computer was on and fine, my mouse and keyboard would sometimes just cut off. I then would go behind my computer and wiggle the USB's a bit and they would stay on, sometimes I would have to pull them out a little as well and it would work. This would happen for all the back USB ports. Also it would only get worse with time and sometimes it would be very difficult to try and get them to stay on because wiggling them would only keep it on for half a second. Now as I turn my computer on none of the back USB ports respond while there is no display.
Also the other things I have tried include unplugging the power cord and holding the power button in. Unplugging everything from the motherboard and reconnecting.
I have yet to test to see if maybe it is the battery that has gone bad on the motherboard but after reading many threads and researching that might be very unlikely. I'm the sort of person who keeps there computer on 24/7 and I read that that the battery doesn't drain while your computer is on so I'm not sure.
