Stuck in power saving mode!

So I was starting my computer, then it asked me to choose window 7 or window 7 ultimate. After I picked the computer just says D-SUB POWER SAVING MODE and shuts off. The same thing happend to me every time I try to use my computer. How do I somehow turn of this mode?

This message is given by the MONITOR when it's not receiving a signal from the computer. The failure is probably caused by a Windows software problem. Did you just restore the computer from a backup partition? If so, I suspect a failed hard disk.
