Hello,
iam using samsung galaxy core now i want to know how to connect mobile internet to pc.iam using windows xp.so plz tell me.

OK, so that service you are attempting to use, is a premium service (does not come without a cost). Did you pay for Mobile tethering?

Let us know if your account manager for your cell device isn't helpful with this.
