Cannot log in to any user accounts! Need help ASAP!

Tried logging in to Administrator - Error: Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator

Tried logging into personal domain user account - Error: You cannot log on because the log on method you are using is not allowed on this computer. Please see your network administrator for more information

Tried logging into my work domain user account - Error: There are currently no log on servers available to service the log on request

It was all working fine a few days ago, now I can't log on to ANYTHING, not even the Administrator account. I literally have NO clue what to do. PLEASE HELP!!!
