Tv says that there's no signal

Hello,

I haven§t played on Ps for 4 month (before 4 months everything worked well), but now I turned my PS3 on and nothing happened( I mean the Tv says that there's no signal) I tried to reset PS, but it still didnt work.
I am totally hopeless. I am using hdmi

Hook it up through another input and see if it works that way. If it does, then try to change it back to HDMI after you have verified that there is an actual video output!
