cant find the copy of windows xp disc on co Closed

Hello,
 i am having trouble with my computer and i ve tryed everything!
my computer is not working properly....my restore  dont work and reboot dont work eithier
ive tryed to reset the whole computer like new (factory setting) but didnt work
well the only thing i am trying to do here is factory setting please someone help me 
my computer is really getting to me
p.s i dont care if i lose all my document ther not important!!!

hi,
this may be due to some viruses.
you can format your computer if you don't need any file on it.
for this you need to have the Windows instalation CD.
you can buy it at an authorised dealer's shop.
