You dont say what browser you use, so we cant help with directions of how to fix this, but generally this is a setting that the browser uses. In Google Chrome this setting can be seen by putting
in your address bar and press the [Enter] key. In the "On Startup" section there are 3 radio buttons. Choose what you want the browser to do (default is "open a specific page or set of pages") and your done.
