Toshiba aptop not working

Hi hope u can help I created a new profile on my laptop for my family to use then if I tried to login to my profile it will log in but when it dose the screen is black but I can see the mouse and I can get the ctl alt delete menu up but that's it so I used the gest profile and I could still access all my stuff but now it's doing the same on both profiles. It worked fine in safe mode but I have a uni project to finish next weak so if you know how to fix this plz get back ASAP.
