Perhaps you need to reset Internet Explored to it's default state.
Go to Tools - interned options - advanced and click on reset
You can also try to start IE without any add-ons.
go to START - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools -
Internet Explorer (no add-ons)
If that works then you need to uninstall the malware that is blocking IE.
