Keyboard keys not responding

Hello,
keyboard keys (shift windows alt z x c v m , . / 5 mathematical) key and spacebar stops responding.... suggest me what to do?

First you test with an external USB keyboard. It that keyboard work OK then you know you need to replace the internal keyboard.
